Are You an Extrovert, Introvert or Ambivert?

Different personality types approach challenges at work in very different ways. Extroverts enjoy collaborating with others and sharing their ideas, whereas introverts tend to be most productive when working alone. But what if you fluctuate between the two?

Personalities are unique as snowflakes, so it’s no surprise that not everyone identifies solely with one category. The characteristics that make up your personality exist on a spectrum, so it’s possible that  you fall right in between an extrovert and an introvert. In fact, a recent study suggests that two-thirds of people are classified as ambiverts.1 What’s important is understanding the differences and identifying where you fall on that spectrum. Recognizing your strengths and weaknesses can help you improve your productivity, as well as your communication strategies with your colleagues.

Do people say you have a big personality? Do you like to spend a lot of time alone? Maybe both? This quiz will tell you if you’re an extrovert, introvert or an ambivert. Use your results to understand your personality, your colleagues’ personality, and how to use that knowledge to work together better.
